LONGER VERSION: I was searching high and low online for a white ASUS monitor, and these guys were honestly the only ones who had it (plus, the price was surprisingly good). They had just one left, so I shot them an email to check if it was still available. Not only was it in stock, but Jim was super nice and even set it aside for me! I went for the DPD Next Working Day delivery, and boom, it showed up at my door less than 24 hours after I placed the order :O Brand new, sealed, and working like a charm! Huge thanks to you all!!

P.S. Just a heads up, they’ll send you the tracking info the day AFTER you place your order, so if you’re like me and opted for Next Day delivery, you might have already gotten your package by the time the email comes in :)

I forked out £26.99 for this item, but after Christmas, I sent it back. Now, they’ve offered me a refund of £19.76, which is nearly 27% less than what I originally paid. They even had the nerve to claim that it cuts frozen food when they received it back. Just a heads up to everyone: steer clear of this company! They’re nothing but a bunch of cowboys.

I got myself an HP Printhead for my HP 8600 + printer, and it showed up the very next day via DPD, even though it was supposed to take 1-3 days. They sent the right and genuine HP printhead along with 4 ink cartridges, and it was a breeze to install. Works like a charm!

I had a really bad experience with customer service. I purchased a Wacom pad 10 x 6 model CTL 672 N along with a stylus. After trying it out, I found it to be quite squeaky and the pen wasn’t sharp enough for my online teaching needs. I packed it up and it took me three days to get the return label printed. Finally, I sent it back. When I heard back from Stuff UK, they claimed I had used the item and that some parts were missing. Because of that, they said they would only refund a portion of what I spent. They also offered to send the product back, but I had already mentioned it didn’t meet my requirements. So, I just asked for a full refund, but I won’t be shopping with them again.

I’m giving five stars due to the fantastic service, despite a slight one-day hold-up on my anticipated next-day delivery. There was an issue with their supplier, but the Stuff-UK sales crew handled it swiftly - they’re really good at keeping in touch. Plus, they refunded my next-day delivery fee without me even having to bring it up!
